    DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY, 2019 BELMONT UNIVERSITY

    Division 1 catcher and first baseman at Belmont University from 2010-2014. While at Belmont, Spencer was a part of two Atlantic Sun Conference Championship teams and played in the 2011 NCAA Regional at Vanderbilt University where Belmont was a runner up, losing to Vanderbilt in the Regional Championship. In 2012 Belmont repeated and earned a bid to the NCAA Regional at LSU. Spencer is passionate about creating a new standard for the management of baseball players health and performance.

    4th round draft pick to the the Atlanta Braves in 2011. Made his MLB debut with the Minnesota Twins in 2015. Played his final two professional seasons with the Yankees before suffering a career ending shoulder injury in 2017. Finished his professional career with 451.2 IP, 24-7 record, and a 3.69 ERA. At that time, JR was at the top end of MLB velocities with an average fastball of 96 and a top end velocity of 102. JR will be an excellent mentor for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. He is passionate about helping young athletes tap into their true performance potential.
